Candidature Changes
Continuing HDR candidates do not need to re-enrol every year, however to add units for the current year or to make a change to any aspect of your research program, you must complete a Change of Program (COP) form. Enrolment in coursework or seminar units, changes to units, change of attendance e.g. from full-time to part-time; request for a Leave of Absence; suspension of a scholarship or a change of supervisor all require a form to be completed, approved by the Faculty and submitted to HDRO for further approval and database noting. You will be notified in writing of the outcome of your request.
From the day of enrolment until the date of thesis submission, all research candidates are continuously enrolled, unless on approved Leave of Absence, or until the expected work submission date. To make changes to your candidature, you will need to complete one of the forms listed below. You will be advised in writing by HDRO of any approved changes to your enrolment.
